Creamy Remoulade Sauce (A classic southern topping)
Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chopped pickles or relish
optional: 1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
Mix everything together and serve with fried green tomatoes!
